New Page... Again

I decided to slightly modify my website again.  I felt like the navigation for the project pages was too deep and people had to click to many times to access relevant data.  I kept a lot of the graphics, but I also substantially reduce some of the un-needed ones.  Over all I like the flow of this age better.
